Celebrating something?

Since everything at GreenIsland Bakery is baked and shipped to order, we ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice for custom or large event orders. If your order includes personalizations or special packaging, please allow an extra week for planning and prep.

That said, we know things come up. If you’re on a shorter timeline, reach out — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — we offer pricing tiers for larger orders, especially for corporate gifting, events, or wholesale partners. The discount depends on the quantity, lead time, and any customizations involved.

Do you offer seasonal or themed options?

Absolutely. From shamrock-shaped shortbread in March to spooky cookies in October, we love baking with the seasons. We also offer themed packaging and flavors for holidays, company events, and special occasions.

Let us know your theme or timing, and we’ll share what’s possible. Custom seasonal options may require extra lead time.

Do you accommodate dietary requests?

We do our best. While we’re not a certified allergen-free bakery, we occasionally offer gluten-free or dairy-free options depending on the recipe and request.
